The one to watch in 2010
Mark Fast, the softly-spoken Canadian cobweb knitwear master, will be launching a capsule collection for TopShop in February, which is very exciting news for us mortals who cannot afford the four digit price tag of his creations.
After his debut collection was met with critical acclaim and much name checking by Jefferson Hack three seasons ago, Mark Fast has gone from strength to strength. With an upcoming explosive collection in the pipeline, a possible invitation to show in Paris and a lucrative TopShop collaboration, Mark is fast set to be the next Christopher Kane.

Top models such as Anouck Lepere and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley have all been wearing his show-stopping dresses on the red carpet - mainly from the very sexy S/S09 collection, arguably his best collection so far (I still mourn the fact that I had to decline an invite to this show because I was out of the country).
